Role Title: Order Management Intern
Location: Silver City, Pasig, Metro Manila (Hybrid)
About the Role:
The Order Management Intern supports the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, review, release, and transmission of purchase and sample orders to the warehouse for fulfillment
- Inspect and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Proactively communicate inventory status and updates to OEM and international partners
- Support business operations, including special pricing requests, quotations, and freight estimates
- Participate in weekly open order reviews and provide updates to internal teams and external partners
- Document recurring processes to ensure continuity and ease of handover to backups or successors
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes
- Collaborate with the allocation team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order allocation
- Support the team with graphic design needs, particularly for marketplace listings and postings
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Order Management, or a related field
- Basic knowledge or experience in graphic design
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness and amenability to work on a night schedule and hybrid work set-up in Silver City, Pasig
