In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire for the season 2026 an experienced and visionary Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.

Position Summary

Our new Assistant F&B Manager will be the ambassador of our F&B Service Excellence Culture at our resort in Corfu. She/he will be responsible for supervising the F&B Team, and providing high quality services and memorable experiences to our guests. The Assistant F&B Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence in line with the resort’s luxury service standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating the activities of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with service standards, health and safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
• Support the F&B Manager in budget control, cost management, and revenue optimization.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop outlet managers and supervisors.
• Respond to guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure a consistently exceptional experience.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of F&B personnel.
• Contribute to the development of menus, promotions, and service enhancements.
• Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the F&B Manager.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in luxury F&B operations
• Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field
• Experience in managing multiple outlets and large teams
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Familiarity with F&B systems (POS, inventory, scheduling platforms)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-outlet coordination abilities
• Business acumen with a service-driven mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of adaptability and composure under pressure
