About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to be accountable for digital acquisition and growth through SEO, paid media, and multi-channel campaigns. The role focuses on optimizing ROI, improving conversion rates, and using analytics to drive data-backed marketing decisions.
- Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy (with support of media agency)
- Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
- Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners
- Manage Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc. to track and measure all marketing campaigns
- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brand’s digital channels and assets
- Monitor CAC trend
Must Haves
- A Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field
- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Preferably has experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
