Logistics & Operations Lead

We are looking for a commercially sharp, risk-aware operator to take full ownership of our asset leasing portfolios, financial credit risk, and asset operational governance. This role exists to move our operations from a pure logistics focus to a structured, high-value asset protection ecosystem. You will be the architect of the systems that ensure our corporate rental clients are thoroughly vetted, our physical hardware is fully insured, and internal financing flows run flawlessly.

What You’ll Work on

• Credit Risk Assessment: Design and execute rigorous underwriting and credit risk assessment workflows for incoming corporate rental clients. You will evaluate client financial statements, business health, and corporate histories to determine appropriate leasing risk thresholds and credit limits.
• Financing & Lines of Credit: Manage corporate lines of credit configurations. You will coordinate closely with banking and financial partners to optimize the company's financial leverage, liquidity, and lines of credit.
• Asset Protection & Insurance: Own the end-to-end commercial insurance portfolio for all deployed and warehouse assets. You will negotiate frameworks with insurers to guarantee protection against asset loss, damage, theft, or defaults.
• Financial Control & Billing SLAs: Manage corporate payment cycles, ensuring strict alignment with predefined internal and vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will structure and maintain cash-flow accountability for joint company operational accounts, generating auditable weekly spend and exposure reports.
• Asset Lifecycle Operations: Monitor the deployment lifecycle of leased equipment from provisioning through to end-of-lease collection, asset recovery, depreciation modeling, or asset liquidation. You will minimize asset "dead time" and manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for faulty hardware.

• Leasing & Rental Industry Background: Minimum 5+ years of operational finance, credit control, or asset management experience, ideally within an Asset Leasing, Car Rental, Equipment Rental, or Fintech/Banking ecosystem.
• Credit & Finance Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience evaluating B2B credit risk, structuring corporate leasing plans, and working with bank lines of credit or Trade Finance structures.
• Asset Insurance Proficiency: Proven familiarity with commercial insurance policies protecting physical hardware or fleet assets against corporate liabilities and damage.
• SLA & Process Discipline: A strong track record of designing or operating under rigid financial timelines, managing billing performance metrics, and optimizing transactional workflows.
