Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential partners and establish new business relationships that align with Flatgigs’ strategic goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand partner needs and gaps in our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop joint value propositions and integrated solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to potential partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that formalize partnerships and ensure mutual benefit.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of partnerships to ensure objectives are met.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or partnership management, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor landscape in the tech sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in CRM software and contract negotiation.
