Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Partner with leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry best practices.
- Respond to and resolve IT issues with speed and professionalism, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate IT service contracts.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members on IT systems and tools.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure management, networking, and systems administration.
- Proven experience aligning IT strategies with business goals in a growing organization.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
