In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, improve product features, and enhance user engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for leveraging data to drive product decisions and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define metrics and performance indicators for tracking success.
• Conduct experiments and A/B testing to assess the impact of product changes on user engagement and growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the product development process.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics). Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills to present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
