About this role

This role can work out of either our New York, Washington D.C. or Chicago office.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on paid media execution across platforms.
  • Ready to take full ownership of accounts, overseeing strategy development, timelines, reporting and budgets.
  • Hands-on practitioner with deep platform expertise across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other self-serve ad platforms.
  • Equally comfortable setting strategy and executing campaigns directly in-platform, including campaign builds, QA, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of the full paid media ecosystem—paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, and emerging channels—and how each channel contributes to performance.
  • Data-driven decision maker who actively monitors performance and optimizes based on real-time results.
  • Detail-oriented operator with strong command of campaign setup accuracy, tracking, and executional excellence.
  • Fosters a digital-first culture and educates colleagues on tools, tactics, and trends.
  • Confident communicator in client-facing and internal settings.
  • Organized project manager able to prioritize and manage across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, ambitious, and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and execute strategic digital campaigns that are measurable, scalable, and performance driven.
  • Execute campaigns directly in platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), including setup, QA, pacing, and optimization.
  • Develop and manage media plans aligned to campaign goals, budgets, and audiences.
  • Build and refine audiences (retargeting, lookalikes, CRM-based) to improve targeting precision.
  • Optimize campaigns through testing, bid adjustments, and budget reallocations to maximize performance.
  • Monitor pacing and performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and client-ready recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot platform, tracking, and delivery issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on planning, execution, and client deliverables.
  • Serve as a day-to-day lead for clients, delivering strong service and strategic guidance.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

As a qualified candidate, you have experience in all areas below:

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience in an agency, campaign, private-sector, or consumer brand setting.
  • Proven hands-on experience executing campaigns in LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
  • Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, from setup through optimization and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Working knowledge of platform mechanics including bidding, pacing, and ad formats.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution basics.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and UTM tracking.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate performance insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.

As an exceptional candidate, you possess many of the following attributes:

  • You bring a “lead from the keyboard” mindset—proactively identifying performance opportunities and making advanced in-platform optimizations that materially improve campaign outcomes.
  • You have a sharp eye for testing and iteration, consistently developing and scaling high-performing creative, audiences, and tactics across campaigns.

Candidates need not possess every attribute listed above to qualify for a role.  If you identify with this profile but don’t quite meet all of the criteria we strongly encourage you to apply to joining our winning team!
