About the Role: Line Cook

As our Line Cook, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare menu items in a timely and sanitary manner
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
  • Ensure all food served meets quality expectations
  • Set up and break down your station, including prep work
  • Keep your station and kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
  • Handle and store food properly, including rotation
  • Monitor food temperatures during cooking and service
  • Track and report food waste
  • Prepare meals for guests with allergies or dietary needs
  • Communicate any issues with food, equipment, or safety to management
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

  • Able to lift 20–40 pounds regularly
  • Works quickly and completes tasks on time
  • Familiar with kitchen equipment and tools
  • Prepares food based on guest requests and recipe standards
  • Professional, patient, and respectful attitude
  • Must have a valid Food Handler’s card
  • Brings a positive attitude and supports the team
  • Follows all safety guidelines while working
