What you will work on

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Provide technical support across the company (in person, email, chat, or phone)
  • Sett up accounts for new users
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
  • Keep updated the asset management system and hardware inventory
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Coordinate the purchase and deployment of new computer hardware

What you bring

  • University and/or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
  • A technical, logical thought process
  • Problem-solving skills
  • An ability to stick to strict deadlines, to prioritise and delegate
  • A keen eye for detail
  • English language (both verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy
