What you will work on

• Manage payroll preparation and validation processes in collaboration with external payroll providers
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution across multiple countries (Greece, Malta, Ireland, Cyprus, Mexico, Brazil)
• Perform detailed payroll checks, reconciliations, and variance analysis before final approval
• Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs (e.g. hires, terminations, bonuses, absences, benefits)
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations, with strong focus on Greek legislation
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees and internal teams in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare payroll reports, analytics, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Support audits by providing accurate payroll data and documentation
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in payroll processes and controls

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–4+ years of experience in payroll, ideally in a multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of Greek payroll legislation and labor law
• Exposure to multi-country payroll (EU and/or LATAM is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems
