What We are looking for 

As a Trading Support Agent, you will be responsible for settling markets for live and completed sports events in real-time, based on the game's progress. This role requires quick decision-making and a strong understanding of betting markets to deliver timely and effective solutions.

What you will work on

• Settle markets for live and completed events, including a variety of sports
• Respond promptly to customer support agents’ queries through our communication channels
• Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
• Stay informed about current promotions on our page to ensure markets are settled on time, in accordance with their regulations.

What you bring

• Solid knowledge of Sports and Betting is mandatory
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities           
• Knowledge of Sportsbook regulations and promotions
• Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel skills
• Possess a can-do attitude and be a team player
• Flexibility to work on a 24/7 shift rotation
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
