We are looking for Team Leads in Ottawa.

Team Leaders coordinate and oversee the work of their crew of Traffic Technicians and Crash Truck Drivers on freeway and non-freeway jobs, events, and other road closures and flagging services.

As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to build a career in Traffic Services. Our Team Leads have grown into other roles including Training, Supervision, Operations Management, Administration, Project Coordination, Scheduling, Estimating, and Sales; we also share opportunities to apply for positions with other businesses under the Ramudden umbrella!

You have:

• Some leadership or team lead experience
• Traffic control experience is required
• Full G license and a clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to work both days and nights (shift assignment will change with notice)
• Availability to work every other weekend to service our amazing customers
• Ability to regularly perform light to heavy lifting and consistently following our safe lifting protocols
• Computer literacy – we’ll train you on how to use our digital tools
• Solid communication skills – speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• Green patch 8” work boots lace-up safety boots
• A great attitude and willingness to learn and grow
