Role Overview

A Maintenance General Duties Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks and carrying out repairs on facility equipment, systems, and building structures, ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well maintained.

Ο Τεχνικός Γενικών Καθηκόντων Συντήρησης είναι υπεύθυνος για την εκτέλεση γενικών εργασιών συντήρησης και την πραγματοποίηση επισκευών στον εξοπλισμό, στα συστήματα και στις κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις της επιχείρησης, διασφαλίζοντας ότι η ιδιοκτησία παραμένει ασφαλής, λειτουργική και σε άριστη κατάσταση.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Inspect buildings and mechanical systems, identifying issues and carrying out repairs in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other technical systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
• Inspect alarm systems, including CO₂ detectors and fire protection systems, and schedule prompt repairs when necessary.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Εκτέλεση συντήρησης και επισκευών σε ηλεκτρικά συστήματα για τη διασφάλιση της άριστης λειτουργίας τους.
• Επιθεώρηση κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων και μηχανολογικών συστημάτων, εντοπισμός προβλημάτων και εκτέλεση επισκευών σύμφωνα με κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας.
• Υποστήριξη στην εγκατάσταση, συντήρηση και επισκευή συστημάτων εξαερισμού, ψύξης και άλλων τεχνικών υποδομών.
• Συντήρηση συστημάτων θέρμανσης και υδραυλικών εγκαταστάσεων για τη συνεχή και αξιόπιστη λειτουργία τους.
• Επιθεώρηση συστημάτων συναγερμού, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ανιχνευτών CO₂ και συστημάτων πυρανίχνευσης, και προγραμματισμός άμεσων επισκευών όταν απαιτείται.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of English; additional languages are an asset.

• Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, κατά προτίμηση στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο.
• Ικανότητα εργασίας με ελάχιστη επίβλεψη.
• Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας· η γνώση επιπλέον γλωσσών θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα.
