Our client is a growth-stage digital marketing agency in the US that helps businesses scale through data-driven marketing strategies and execution. Their services span Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social Media, Web Development, and Web Design, with a strong focus on operational excellence, accountability, and long-term client partnerships.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist who can serve as a trusted advisor to clients while owning SEO strategy and execution. This role is highly client-facing and requires someone who can confidently discuss recommendations, explain performance metrics, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, organized, and passionate about helping businesses grow through SEO.

What you will do:

You will manage SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts, acting as both a strategic partner and execution expert. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients to improve organic visibility, website performance, and business outcomes..

Responsabilities:

• Conduct SEO audits for new and existing client websites using SEMRush and other SEO tools.
• Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies, including content optimization, metadata improvements, internal linking, and schema implementation.
• Identify and implement technical SEO improvements related to site structure, crawlability, indexation, page speed, and overall site health.
• Apply AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) best practices to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
• Lead client-facing meetings, presenting SEO strategies, recommendations, progress updates, and performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary SEO point of contact.
• Collaborate with content, paid media, web development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across marketing initiatives.
• Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insights based on data and analytics.
• Manage tasks, timelines, and documentation within ClickUp.
• Maintain organized workflows, documentation, and client communication.

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong focus on on-page and technical SEO.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and leading client-facing conversations.
• Strong proficiency with SEMRush and the ability to translate SEO insights into actionable recommendations.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
• Experience implementing AEO and GEO strategies for AI-powered search experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
• Portfolio, case studies, or examples of successful SEO campaigns required.

• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Background in home improvement, home services, or related industries.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work.
• Automation experience.

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Salary: $3,000 USD per month
• 100% Remote
