About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Production Graphic Designer to support high-volume production design workflows for a fast-paced U.S.-based visual communications team.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop expertise, hands-on print production experience, and the ability to prepare accurate production-ready files for physical output. You will work closely with the Art Director to execute production design tasks, support ongoing design operations, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, and contribute to high-quality project delivery in a structured workflow environment.

A large portion of this role involves adapting, resizing, updating, and preparing existing artwork for production rather than creating designs from scratch. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a highly execution-focused role best suited for candidates who thrive in production-heavy environments, enjoy working with systems and processes, and bring a proactive problem-solving mindset.

• 3–4+ years of practical professional experience in production design, print production, or related design workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Proven experience preparing production-ready files for physical print output
• Strong understanding of file setup, bleeds, safe zones, resolution requirements, and color modes (CMYK/RGB)
• Experience working in high-volume production environments with fast turnaround times
• Practical knowledge of vector graphics, file scaling, and print production workflows
• Active use of AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar as part of a professional workflow
• Strong spoken and written English for daily collaboration with the internal design team
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for file management and workflow execution
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-format print production, signage, vehicle wraps, retail graphics, or similar visual communications projects
• Previous experience in a sign company, commercial print shop, or wide-format production environment
• Experience using AI-powered image upscaling or vectorization tools
• Basic comfort working with website updates or simple code-assisted edits
• Experience working within structured production pipelines or print-focused design teams

• Efficiently manage high-volume production design requests with consistent accuracy
• Prepare clean, production-ready files that meet print and output specifications
• Quickly adapt to internal workflows, systems, and production processes
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and support problem-solving across production workflows
• Proactively identify and solve design or file-preparation issues before they create delays
• Help reduce production bottlenecks by taking ownership of routine design execution
• Collaborate effectively with the Art Director while maintaining strong independent workflow ownership
• Contribute to a smooth, organized, and highly precise production environment

• Compensation: $1,800 monthly (USD)
• Full-time remote position
• Business days, business hours. Approximately 40 hours per week
• Scheduled aligned with U.S. Pacific business hours
• PTO and US holidays
