The Senior Manager - ICT Control Electrical at Qiddiya Investment Company will lead the planning, design, implementation, and management of ICT control electrical systems across the development. This role involves overseeing complex electrical systems related to ICT infrastructure including control, monitoring, and communication systems that integrate with the broader electrical and mechanical facilities within the project. The successful candidate will ensure systems adhere to company standards, local regulations, and international best practices while delivering reliable, efficient, and secure ICT control electrical solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and advancing innovation in ICT electrical controls to support Qiddiya’s ambitious development goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of ICT control electrical systems including SCADA, communication networks, and low voltage electrical systems.
• Manage coordination between electrical, mechanical, and ICT teams to ensure integrated system delivery.
• Ensure all ICT electrical infrastructure complies with QIC standards, local codes, and international regulations.
• Oversee contractors and consultants responsible for ICT control electrical components, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures pertinent to ICT electrical control systems.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members in ICT electrical control disciplines.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident management relating to ICT electrical control systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT electrical control systems, including design, implementation, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, building automation systems, low voltage electrical controls, and communication protocols.
• Experience working with large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use developments, preferably in MENA region.
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Familiarity with local and international electrical and safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
