Salary : 1,600 AUD (approx Php 65,000 - 70,000)
Working Hours & Conditions : Approx. 25β30 hours per week initially

OVERVIEW:
Weβre looking for an experienced offshore conveyancing support professional to help keep files moving, support client communication, and manage day-to-day conveyancing administration.
This role suits someone proactive, organized, and confident handling client enquiries independently. Youβll play a key role in ensuring clients stay informed, files stay updated, and follow-ups donβt fall through the cracks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
β Answer inbound client calls and email enquiries professionally
β Provide clear updates on conveyancing matters and file progress
β Assist clients with forms, documentation, and general process questions
β Record detailed file notes and update the CRM/file management system
β Review active files daily and identify outstanding tasks or follow-ups
β Chase required documents, signatures, and outstanding information
β Escalate complex legal or sensitive matters when required
β Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and client experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
β Previous experience in Australian conveyancing support, legal administration, or
paralegal work
β Strong understanding of conveyancing workflows and common client questions
β Comfortable using Smokeball/Triconvey or legal file management systems
β Able to manage priorities independently and follow process accurately
β Strong written and verbal English communication
β Professional, calm, and patient communication style
