Funciones principales:
- Apertura y cierre de sucursal
- Atención personalizada a clientas
- Venta directa en boutique (rol activo en piso)
- Cierre de ventas y cumplimiento de objetivos
- Supervisión y coordinación de equipo
- Control de inventario y mercancía
- Manejo básico de caja y reportes
- Seguimiento a clientas (presencial y redes sociales)
- Mantener orden, exhibición e imagen de la boutique
Ubicación:
Col. Providencia / Colonia Americana (Por avenida Vallarta), Guadalajara
(Se asigna sucursal según accesibilidad)
Requisitos:
- Experiencia como encargada, supervisora o líder de tienda (indispensable)
- Experiencia en ventas presenciales (preferente en boutique, moda o retail)
- Gusto por la moda
- Liderazgo y capacidad de organización
- Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y responsable
- Excelente trato con clientas y facilidad de palabra
- Manejo básico de Excel, caja y redes sociales (WhatsApp / Instagram)
