REQUISITOS:
- Licenciatura en contabilidad, pasante o titulado.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el puesto.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
CONOCIMIENTOS EN:
- Manejo de CONTPAQi Contabilidad y nominas, SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, IVA y conciliaciones fiscales.
- Conocimiento intermedio de Excel.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:
- Ejecutar el cierre contable mensual, asegurando la correcta integración de la información financiera.
- Revisar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales, en coordinación con auditor externo.
- Supervisar y validar los registros contables.
- Elaborar declaraciones informativas y realizar conciliaciones bancarias.
- Coordinar revisiones periódicas con auditor externo.
- Administrar y controlar provisiones, activos y estados financieros.
- Emitir y registrar facturación de manera oportuna.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a en normatividad contable y fiscal vigente.
- Gestionar actividades administrativas relacionadas con cuentas por pagar y control documental.
- Apoyar en temas de SIROC y REPSE (no es necesario contar con experiencia previa; se brinda capacitación).
Jornada de Lunes a Viernes de 8am a 5pm, Sábado de 9am a 2pm
