About this role
NeoWork is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team and help drive growth through the identification and qualification of new business opportunities. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and pipeline status in CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on data and feedback
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset with a persistent and proactive approach to prospecting
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate product value propositions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience using CRM software and sales outreach tools preferred
