Head Chef (Hands-on) - Kifisia

The French multinational company PAUL is seeking a Head Chef (Hands-on) to join its store in Kifisia.

ROLE

The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing overall kitchen operations, ensuring high product quality, smooth workflow, and effective team management.

This is a hands-on role, actively involved in daily production.

Profile:

• Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role (Head or Sous Chef)
• Strong organizational and team management skills
• Experience in high-volume environments
• Good understanding of cost control and inventory management
• Professional, responsible, and able to perform under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise daily kitchen operations
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff
• Control food cost, stock levels, and ordering
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Coordinate with management and service team
• Lead by example through active participation

• Net salary of €1,200
• Meal allowance €100/month (Edenred card)
• Transportation allowance up to €80/month (against receipts)

• €200 after 3 months
