- Prepare high-quality baked goods including artisan breads, doughs, viennoiserie, and other bakery products based on authentic French recipes

- Degree or diploma in Bakery / Pastry Arts (public or private institution)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation and raw material handling
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience in operating and maintaining bakery equipment
- Good communication skills in Greek and English (French is a plus)
- Valid documents required for food service employment (health certificate & clean criminal record)
