As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Customer Success Executive who will play a crucial role in strengthening client relationships and driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Determine the monthly business volume for each client.
  • Identify the types of services required by each client.
  • Identify the sources from which the client imports and exports.
  • Clearly communicate the services and benefits offered by the company, whether they are service-oriented or accounting-related.
  •  Seek new clients for the company while maintaining a strong follow-up with current clients.
  • Ensure new businesses from one customers are landed smoothly within Nowlun's operation team
  • Manage and nurture relationships with accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss future goals with clients.
  • 2+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field).
  • Good understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with Office programs and email.
  • Familiar with CRM software is a plus.
  • Must be open to traveling outside your city for customers meetings.
  • Ability to work under pressure and challenging goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
