Greenvolt Next France is seeking a Procurement Specialist. Join us and be part of an exciting, challenging and dynamic work environment to proactively support the definition and implementation of the expansion strategy of the Project Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts with relevant suppliers of the company.
• Support the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Project Engineer with on-time delivery of engineered equipment and materials.
• Facilitate routine project procurement calls, construct detailed meeting minutes to accurately outline topics discussed, conclusions reached and action items.
• Assisting negotiations by collecting and preparing information.
• Ensure efficiency of procurement operations.

Greenvolt Next France recherche un(e) Procurement Specialist. Rejoignez-nous et participez à un environnement de travail stimulant, exigeant et dynamique afin de soutenir de manière proactive la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’expansion de la Business Unit Projet.

Principales responsabilités

• Négocier les contrats avec les fournisseurs pertinents de l’entreprise.
• Soutenir les Project Managers, Construction Managers et Project Engineers afin de garantir la livraison dans les délais des équipements et matériaux techniques.
• Animer les réunions de procurement liées aux projets et rédiger des comptes rendus détaillés incluant les sujets abordés, les décisions prises et les actions à suivre.
• Contribuer aux négociations en collectant et en préparant les informations nécessaires.
• Assurer l’efficacité et l’optimisation des opérations d’approvisionnement (procurement).

• University degree in Engineering, Business or related is required.
• Complimentary studies in procurement, stocks or logistics is a plus
• At least 3 years of EPC experience as a buyer in photovoltaic projects
• Must have strong project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Good English skills.
• Willingness to travel (20%-30%).

• Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, commerce ou domaine connexe requis.
• Formation complémentaire en achats, stocks ou logistique appréciée.
• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en EPC en tant qu’acheteur dans des projets photovoltaïques.
• Solides compétences en gestion de projet.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
• Bon niveau d’anglais.
• Disponibilité pour des déplacements (20 % à 30 %).
