The Role 

As a B2B Telesales at Public Group, you will play an integral role within our sales team. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the B2B sector. Your primary focus will be on comprehending the unique needs of potential clients, presenting customized solutions, and fostering enduring relationships that drive revenue growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develops our corporate clientele through telephone outreach
  • Identifying and targeting new potential business clients through telephone outreach
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Managing the entire process, including identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals
  • Delivering tailored presentations and negotiating contracts
  • Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and consistently hitting targets
  • Preparing regular sales forecasts and reports

Requirements: 

  • Experience in a sales position (preferably in B2B sales 2 years required) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Possess self-motivation and a drive to achieve goals
  • Familiarity with CRM systems ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written & oral
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Foster a strong team spirit and embrace innovative thinking
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
