Αρμοδιότητες:
- Επικοινωνία & εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και πωλητών
- Καταχώρηση και διαχείριση παραγγελιών
- Επίλυση θεμάτων που αφορούν τις παραγγελίες
- Συνεργασία με την αποθήκη για θέματα παραγγελιών
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:
- Προϋπηρεσία 1-2 έτη σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, πωλήσεις ή συναφές αντικείμενο
- Εξοικείωση με τη χρήση Η/Υ & συστήματα SAP
- Βασική γνώση Αγγλικών
