In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring impeccable standards of hygiene and presentation
- Change bed linens and towels, replenish room amenities and supplies
- Conduct thorough inspections of rooms to ensure quality and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas within the hotel
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to enhance guest experience
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests at all times
- Prior experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a luxury or 5-star hotel setting
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that require standing, bending, and lifting
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be currently in UAE
