Your primary goal will be to maintain the pace of play while providing exceptional service to our members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage the starting area and coordinate the tee times for players.
- Welcome and provide assistance to golfers, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Monitor the players' flow, tee time, and pace of play to ensure a timely experience for all groups.
- Provide information about the course, including rules and regulations.
- Making reports through the system.
- Communicate with other golf operations staff to maintain an organized and efficient golfing experience.
- Female, age max. 25 years old
- Min. High school or equivalent
- Familiar with operating a computer
- Proficient in English; additional languages is a plus
- Fresh Graduate or having relevant experience in golf operations or a customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to handle dynamic situations calmly and professionally
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
