About this role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, true all-rounder to support our Office, HR, Finance, Management, Sales and Marketing teams. You will be part of a highly motivated and collaborative group of colleagues who work closely together in an informal and supportive environment.

In this role, you will manage and optimize office operations and administrative processes to keep the organization running smoothly and efficiently, while acting as a key point of contact for colleagues. 


Your responsibilities

  • Finance support (incoming invoice and employee expenses handling) 
  • Recruitment support (drafting vacancy texts, communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting HR-scan interviews)
  • HR support (onboarding and offboarding coordination, employer branding, career events, visa applications) 
  • Management support (organizing on-site and off-site meetings for the board and investors, calendar management)
  • Organization of trade shows and company (social) events (event coordination, hotel, meeting rooms and restaurant reservations)
  • Office-related duties (creatively enhancing the office environment, cleaning coordination, defect handling, ordering office supplies)
  • Contract management and archiving 


Job requirements

You are an energetic, proactive professional who is used to wearing multiple hats, experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. You are able to work independently and are both well-organized and flexible. Above all, you are an excellent communicator, enjoy working with people, and bring a service-oriented attitude with an eye for detail. Furthermore, you have:

  • Mbo+ or hbo education level
  • Proven office management or HR experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • General computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).

This position is available for 32–40 hours per week.


Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Basecone, Bill.com, Salesforce, NMBRS)
  • Knowledge of HR systems (BambooHR, Rippling)
