AYANA Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our talented team. In this role, you will assist the Human Resources Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding of new hires.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Adept at handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
