About the Role
We are seeking truly passionate hospitality professionals with food and beverage experience to join our team at our Resort and Lodge in Monarto. Full time, part time and casual opportunities available. Your days include but not limited to:

• A la carte restaurant service
• Bar and lounge service including table service
• Function and Event Service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service;
• Hotel experience with fine dining or a la carte experience is advantageous while not essential;
• Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all;
• A guest-centric approach at work;
• Have availability to work flexible shift patterns across a 7 day roster, including weekends and evenings;
• Have or are willing to obtain a RSA certificate.
