The Product Manager will shape our Warehouse Management System (WMS), tightly integrated with our ASRS to drive automation. Designed for flexibility, the WMS adapts to diverse logistics needs through configuration, not customization. Over time, this role will also lead the integration of WMS with our state-of-the-art fleet management system, building toward a unified Warehouse Operating System. This is both a hands-on opportunity to deliver immediate customer value and a strategic role in shaping the future of automated logistics. 

【Key Responsibilities】

●Understand user needs and connect with customers

— Engage directly with customers to capture operational workflows, pain points, and success metrics. Use design thinking and human-centered design practices to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

●Enable product strategy, vision, and roadmaps

—Support senior product leaders in refining product vision and maintaining flexible roadmaps. Contribute insights from customer interactions and operational data to align features with business.

●Manage and prioritize the ART backlog

—Own the backlog for ASRS process flows and WMS integration. Define clear acceptance criteria, prioritize features based on business value, and ensure alignment with architectural runway and ART objectives. 

●Deliver value through continuous delivery

— Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases. Support system demos, PI planning, and enablement activities to maximize customer value realization.

Minimum qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 
      • 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or consulting in related field 
      • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and verbal) 
      • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex requirements into clear product specifications
