SHIFT PATTERN: Mon - Fri, 42.5 hours per week

Job Purpose

The Operational Support Administrator supports day-to-day operational delivery across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, effective workforce coordination, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support across multiple sites.
  • Assist with coordination of site activities.
  • Travel between sites as required.

Health & Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain Risk Assessments (RAMS).
  • Ensure COSHH compliance.
  • Manage incident reporting and tracking.
  • Support audits and compliance checks.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Produce operational reports.
  • Analyse data for trends and improvements.
  • Build reports using Microsoft Excel.

Staffing & Workforce Planning

  • Create and manage staff rotas.
  • Monitor staffing levels and escalate issues.

HR Support

  • Support absence tracking and employee records.
  • Assist with onboarding administration.

Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Liaise with suppliers and manage stock.
  • Support procurement and deliveries.

Meetings & Communication

  • Organise and lead meetings.
  • Track actions and communicate updates.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of RAMS, COSHH, and incident reporting.
  • Experience in data analysis and report building.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience managing staff rotas.
  • Understanding of health & safety compliance.
  • HR administration experience.
  • Supply chain experience.
  • Ability to lead meetings.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
