About this role
Angkas’ mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of livelihood that impacts their family and their communities.
The ERT Admin, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen from ensuring bikers are properly enrolled in insurance, to managing and processing claims, and maintaining accurate records that safeguard both bikers and the company. This role ensures that bikers feel protected and supported, allowing them to continue providing for their families and sustaining Angkas’ mission.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure all bikers are enrolled in the appropriate insurance programs, providing them with financial protection and peace of mind while on the road.
- Manage and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately, helping bikers recover faster and return to service, thereby sustaining platform activity and GMV.
- Act as the record keeper for all ERT documents and processes, ensuring compliance, transparency, and reliable reporting for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Perform any additional tasks that may be deemed necessary in support of the ERT Team
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, medical-related courses, or any related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, records management, insurance processing, or related roles
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Knowledge in database management and documentation control. Familiarity with insurance processes, claims handling, and basic reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Adaptability to take on additional tasks as needed by the ERT Team.
