Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Premium Customer Success Officer to join our team who will be responsible for working closely with clients by maintaining a nice and steady relationship with them.

The right candidate must have a great understanding of the flow of data around the financial markets, experience, and proven track record of successful technical and fundamental analysis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with existing clients, offer them the best solution services.
  • Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied as well as gaining and using feedback.
  • Researching industry trends.
  • Giving presentations to clients about products or services.
  • Resolving and answering any questions asked by the client, if able to help or escalate it to the relevant department.
  • Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients.
  • Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
  • Degree in Economics, Business, or any other relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Client Relationship, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support role within the Forex industry
  • Excellent command of the French and English language. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
  • Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Being familiar with our at least main events / parameters of events / profile parameters
  • Self-motivated and high achiever
