AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will build end-to-end ML/AI features to solve real problems, from training predictive models that detect car faults to prototyping LLM-powered tools for summarizing business data or automating various processes, for different teams.  

What You’ll Do 

• Work closely with the customer support team to ensure current AI chat bot solution delivers value to customers and organisation. 
• Help the organization adopt AI tools and automate internal processes.  
• Develop, train and deploy ML models. 
• Build and deploy various AI driven solutions. 
• Collaborate with product teams to convert AI/ML ideas into features for users. 
• Monitor and ensure AI/ML solutions performance and quality.
• Maintain reproducible code, testing and documentation standards. 

What We Expect From You 

• Hands‑on experience developing and deploying ML models or AI solutions to production. 
• Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (Pandas, PyTorch, etc.). 
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, A/B testing, feature engineering and validation. 
• Experience deploying AI features using Docker and API‑based microservices. 
• Ability to juggle smooth communication and project execution. 

Nice to have requirements: 

• Knowledge of IoT / connected device data flows. 
• Knowledge of experiment design and A/B testing. 
• General understanding of CI/CD concepts.

Gross salary in a range: 3900-6400€ / month (depends on your experience)
