Your mission will be to provide customer service in the German and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media in German and English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
- Required languages: German Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.
- Required experience: Experience in customer service.
- Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.

What do we offer you?
- Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
- Full time 39 hours/week.
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 8pm.

- Salary of 23.5k€ gross per year.
