Compensation:
- Max starting pay: $80 per follow-up visit and $ 85- $160 for evaluations.
- Flexible earnings based on your availability.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
- Treat a primarily geriatric population.
- Complete evaluations + follow-ups.
- Create practical, patient-focused care plans.
- Handle documentation (kept simple and realistic).
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Hawaii.
