We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional to design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements as part of a large-scale, end-to-end transformation programme.

This role will focus on ensuring that Dynamics 365 capabilities are fully leveraged to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions aligned with organisational objectives.

  • Design and develop technical solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) components including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
  • Produce high-quality functional and technical designs (high-level and low-level).
  • Develop custom Dynamics 365 components including: Plugins, workflows, Scripts, Custom entities, Integrations
  • Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support long-term business needs.
  • Design and maintain integrations with external systems using: Dataverse, APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Platform services
  • Ensure robust integration with key Microsoft tools including Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and identity management solutions.
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and refine requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned to business processes and organisational goals.
  • Apply strong business analysis techniques to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Conduct and document unit testing activities and support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot defects, optimise performance, and ensure solution reliability.
  • Contribute to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation including: Solution designs, Configuration documentation, Release notes, Deployment artefacts
  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and organisational standards.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / CRM).
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and capabilities.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing CRM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft best practices, product updates, and roadmap.
  • Hands-on experience with: Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure integrations (Functions, Logic Apps)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication capabilities.
  • Experience operating in Agile delivery environments.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Azure DevOps to manage and track work items.
  • Able to work in fast-paced programmes with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.

  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with: Copilot, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
  • Experience working in regulated environments or large transformation programmes.
  • Familiarity with identity management and data architecture patterns.
