The team you will be part of

Our Operations Team ensures that everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes—managing warehouse activities, inventory flow, and fulfilment with precision and efficiency. From stock accuracy to timely dispatch, the team plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless end-to-end eCommerce experience. With a strong focus on process, coordination, and control, Operations keeps our promises to customers and clients every single day.

As an Operation Executive, you will take charge of 

• Generate daily, weekly and monthly operational related data reports, analyze quantitative data, and work with related teams to identify and solve problems
• Responsible for daily operational aspects of inventory management, monitoring backlog, return/refund process and other key related to ecommerce operations
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure successful execution of fulfillment in a timely manner, orders and processes to accommodate client needs and requests.
• Respond to troubleshoot, resolve daily receiving, fulfillment and delivery issues, piecing together the end-to-end story to identify root causes and see cases through to resolution
• Develop and implement data visualization/dashboard, data analytics and other strategies to generate actionable insights
• Assist with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
• Support teams in defining business processes, developing operational roadmaps, and associated system requirements
• Perform other relevant duties according to the business needs
• Support processes to ensure all aspects of the ecommerce operations run smoothly

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Preferred candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain or E-commerce.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds in Supply Chain or E-commerce are encouraged to apply.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to details and good ability to analyze data
• Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and Ecommerce environment

• You don't have to manage everything in Excel, we run a lot of processes on our advanced inhouse systems and automate where we can. Many of our warehouses are fully API integrated. Of course, being precise and good with numbers will help in any system.
• As we are an international company, you will work with colleagues in country who 'own' running the daily operations and driving local improvement, supported by the senior expertise of our regional team to drive system innovation and process optimizations across countries, which creates a fantastic learning environment
