Software Developer - ETL & Integration (m/f/x)

Your Opportunity

As a Software Developer – ETL & Integration, you will be responsible for designing, building and operating the data and integration interfaces. You will own ETL pipelines and middleware integrations end-to-end – from requirements analysis and data mapping to implementation, deployment and production support. You will work across both code-based integrations (Python, Node.js, REST/SOAP) and low-code / no-code middleware platforms, choosing the right tool for each problem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data flows reliably, transparently and at scale between heterogeneous systems.

Your mission

• You own ETL and integration projects end-to-end – from requirements and data mapping through development, testing, deployment and production support.

• You design, develop and maintain ETL pipelines with no-code and code-based integrations in Python and/or Node.js against REST/SOAP APIs.

• You build integrations on low-code / no-code middleware (iPaaS) where it delivers value faster, and pragmatically choose the right tool for each problem.

• You integrate ERP, CRM and SaaS systems into cohesive data flows, ensuring data quality, performance, security and observability in production.

• You operate integrations in the cloud (Azure / GCP) with proper CI/CD, monitoring and documentation, and continuously evolve the integration stack.

Your skills

• You have several years of experience as a backend developer.
• You are proficient in JavaScript and Python. 
• You have very good English language skills.
• A valid work permit for Austria is required.
• You are willing to come to the office 3 days per week.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.000 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
