Reconciliation Officer - Cyprus

XS is a licensed and fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker. We are looking for a Reconciliation Officer to join our team of experts in Cyprus, Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliations of transactions between PSPs (Payment Service Providers), client banks, and internal platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile settlements and top-ups with banks and PSPs, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and variances in reconciliations, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of reconciliations and discrepancies, ensuring all issues are documented and tracked until resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve reconciliation issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of reconciliation procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reconciliation reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas requiring attention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, or related roles.
• Knowledge of Methodos Reconciliation System (MRS) will be considered as an advantage. 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
