📞 What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering and triaging incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Providing administrative support to all service divisions (Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty)
- Completing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and general office operations
- Supporting staff, patients, families, and referral sources with a positive, helpful attitude
- Keeping the office organized, efficient, and running like a well‑oiled machine
- Jumping in wherever needed — because teamwork is everything

- Minimum: One year of recent, relevant experience in an office or clinical setting and Microsoft Office/Word/Excel
- Preferred: Home Healthcare/Hospice or healthcare related field, but NOT required
