Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily scheduling of caregivers and client appointments.
- Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm availability and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle scheduling conflicts and emergencies professionally.
- Support recruitment efforts by assisting in onboarding and training when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in healthcare or home care services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
- Comfortable with using scheduling software and MS Office.
