About the Role

This role suits an experienced nurse who can hit the ground running and play a key role in supporting clinical standards and team workflow in a busy practice.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and clinical support
  • Coordinate daily operations, including rostering and team allocation
  • Support veterinarians across surgeries and clinical procedures
  • Work closely with veterinarians and support teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Manage stock and ensure accurate handling of restricted drugs with the support of the Clinical Development Lead
  • Drive team performance, development and a positive client experience

 

About You

  • Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
  • 3+ year’s experience as a Veterinary Nurse.
  • Confidence in surgical nursing, anaesthetics, and patient care.
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-care skills
  • Well organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high standards of care
