Farm Services Assistant (Fixed-Term – 12 Months)

Are you organised, great with people, and able to keep calm in a fast-paced environment?  

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Farm Services Assistant to join our Winton clinic on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover. 
 

About the Role 

This role is a key support position for our large animal vet team. You’ll coordinate bookings and schedules, support farming clients, manage administration and reporting tasks, and help ensure our vets can focus on delivering excellent on-farm service.   

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Coordinating vet and vet technician bookings and schedules  

• Providing excellent customer service via phone and in clinic  

• Supporting vets with administration, reporting, and data management  

• Maintaining accurate client records and databases  

• Assisting with organising client events and programmes  

• Building strong relationships with farming clients and internal teams  

• Helping ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations 

We’re looking for someone who:   

• Thrives in a busy, client-focused environment  

• Has strong communication and organisational skills  

• Is confident using Microsoft 365 and computer systems  

• Has excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

• Has administration or customer service experience  

• Has farming or agri-industry knowledge (preferred but not essential)
