About this role
- 主動推廣最新貸款服務及產品給客戶
- 提供優質客戶查詢服務，包括有關貸款申請狀況、審批結果等
- 如客人有興趣申請貸款，可安排客人於網上辦理貸款手續 或 安排熱線同事跟進
- 建立和保持良好的客戶關係，時刻為客人提供專業意見
- 上班地點：尖沙咀 / 深水埗 / 大埔
- 上班時間：星期一至五 ( 0900 - 1900）
- HKCEE / HKDSE 程度或以上或HKQF level 4同等學歷
- 最少有兩年以上的銷售經驗、門市零售經驗或顧客服務經驗
- 如無相關工作經驗者，唯性格外向、對工作充滿熱誠、積極進取、有責任感亦可
- 具良好的表達能力、說話技巧、銷售及顧客服務技巧更佳
- 入職後公司將提供完善的在職培訓
- 能即時上班者將優先考慮
