We are looking for a GCC Sales Specialist to drive high-impact international sales conversations with customers across GCC markets. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role focused on helping learners and parents discover the right online education programs through consultative selling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales interactions with customers across GCC countries
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs based on their goals
• Drive conversions through consultative selling and relationship-building techniques
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to closure
• Maintain strong follow-up processes and ensure pipeline movement through CRM tools
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and conversion targets
• Build trust and long-term engagement with parents and learners through effective communication
• Maintain accurate sales records, lead updates, and performance tracking within CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
• Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs in the EdTech space
• Handle customer objections confidently and provide solution-oriented guidance
• Contribute to improving sales processes and customer engagement strategies

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Sales, Business Development, or EdTech sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with customer-first mindset
• Mandatory proficiency in Urdu and Malayalam for customer engagement across regional GCC audiences
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Exposure to GCC markets or international sales processes is highly preferred
• Experience in EdTech, online learning, or education-focused sales is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and revenue targets independently
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• High-energy, performance-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes
