We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to take charge of and expand the brand narrative across various touchpoints. This position lies at the crossroads of strategy, content, consumer insights, and implementation. Key Responsibilities
β’ Take ownership of and advance the brand strategy across digital platforms, social media, content, and marketing campaigns
β’ Convert scientific product claims into clear, consumer-friendly brand messages
β’ Develop and implement brand campaigns, product launches, and ongoing storytelling efforts
β’ Collaborate closely with product, marketing, performance, and creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice
β’ Lead the creative direction for content on social media, websites, packaging, and marketing materials
β’ Monitor brand health indicators such as awareness, engagement, trust, and consideration
β’ Perform consumer and market research to guide positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
β’ Maintain brand consistency across all channels, creators, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 3 to 6 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, skincare, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) industries
β’ Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and core principles of brand building
β’ Skill in simplifying complex or scientific information into engaging narratives
β’ Proven ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic, high-responsibility environments
β’ Excellent execution capabilities coupled with strategic thinking
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

β’ Experience with science-backed, dermatology-focused, or ingredient-driven brands
β’ Background in influencer marketing, community engagement, or content-driven growth strategies
β’ Familiarity with D2C business models and product launch processes
